Leiths School of Food and Wine is one of the best cookery schools in the world and was set up in 1975 by Prue Leith and Caroline Waldegrave. It has trained thousands of chefs and food professionals in its history, many of whom have gone on to work in and own top restaurants. The cookery school is unique in its ability to train a whole range of culinary professionals from restaurant chefs and cooks to aspiring food writers as well as everyday people who want to learn simple cooking skills.
