We almost certainly do, as our team delivers to 97.8% of UK addresses – but use our postcode checker to be sure.
Take a moment to fill out the simple registration form so we have the information we need to deliver your shopping. Registration only takes a moment, and you’ll only need to do it once.
Make sure you choose a password that’s hard to guess. It should be a combination of letters and numbers.
If you have a recent ASDA receipt, you can add all the products on it to “Your favourites”. It’s a fast, easy way to find things you already buy.
Click on ‘Add a receipt’ in the QuickShop area (at the top of the screen) then simply tap in the info shown in the illustration.
Before you start to shop, book a delivery slot so that you know you can receive your order at a convenient time. If you want your delivery at the weekend or near a public holiday, it’s worth placing your order well in advance.
Find the time that suits you by clicking on the ‘Book slot’ button (on the right hand side of the page, just above your trolley).
Use the controls at the top of the calendar to choose the length of the delivery timeslot you’d like, and the week you want your delivery to happen.
Click on a slot within the calendar and we’ll run a final check to see if it’s still available – if it is, you can click ‘Book slot’ to make it yours.
We’ll reserve the slot for 3 hours, giving you plenty of time to complete your order and checkout.
We’ve made delivery as flexible as possible, so you can book for tomorrow or up to three weeks in advance – and you can keep adding more items to your order until 10pm the day before your delivery.
Once your slot’s booked, we’ll show you the details above your trolley.
Everything is organised by department, aisle and shelf – just like you’d find in store.
You’ll see various departments like “Dairy, Eggs & Chilled” running along the top of the page. Click on a department and the ‘aisles’ – like “Butter & Spreads”– will appear just underneath.
Click on an aisle to see the products you can choose from.
You can filter them by brand, type or price, or just browse the selection – our large product range means there may be more than one page to look through. We’ll also show you any special offers, so it’s always easy to spot the best value buys.
If you know exactly what you want, it can be quicker to search for it. Just type the kind of item you’re after or a specific brand (eg. ‘tomato ketchup or ‘Heinz Tomato Ketchup’) in the search box on the top right of the page, then click ‘Go’.
You’ll see each product as an image and name, shown along with other handy info like price and weight.
We’ll also show you any special offers, so it’s easy to spot the best value buys.
We’ll show you all the items that match your search. You can filter the items further, or just browse until you see the one you want.
If a product is part of a Multisave offer (like ‘2 for £4’), you can click on the red offer banner to see what else is included in the promotion. It’s a quick way to save even more money each visit.
To see full details like ingredients, allergy info and storage advice, just click on an item’s picture or name. It’s just like reading the label in the shop.
If you’d like to buy an item, choose the quantity you want at the bottom of the product summary, then click the ‘Add’ button to put it in your trolley.
You’ll see this on the right of the page as you shop, so you can keep an eye on how much you’re spending and manage your budget more easily.
You can quickly change the quantity of items within the trolley, or remove an item by clicking the dustbin icon next to it.
Click ‘Full trolley view’ to see a list of everything in your trolley, complete with images.
There’s no need to queue for the till in this shop. When you’ve added everything you want to buy, just click the ‘Checkout’ button – your order will need to be £25 or over before you can do this.
Remember, the ASDA Price Guarantee applies to every order – you’ll be able to check your shop was 10% cheaper once your items have been delivered.
We’ll need you to tell us your payment card details – we take all the major types and all details are stored securely. We also use the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode schemes to protect your account.
Payment will be taken from your card on the day of delivery.
One of our friendly drivers will deliver your goods to your doorstep or building entrance during the timeslot you chose when placing your order.
We always try to help where we can – so let the driver know if you’d like them to take your carrier bags away for recycling.
If we can’t deliver something you ordered, you won’t lose out. We’ll include another item just like it – or even better.
Any substitutions will be worth the same, or more than your original choice –and if it’s more we’ll pay the extra.
We’ll make sure any substituted item is clearly labelled in your delivery, and your driver will point it out too. If you don’t want it, just tell the driver – they’ll be happy to take it back and we’ll refund you.
We check our prices against the competition so you don’t have to. 48 hours after receiving your order, you can visit our Price Guarantee Site or use the ASDA iPhone app to check you got the best value shop.

All your account information is kept in one handy area. To access it, just click ‘Your account’ – right next to the ASDA logo at the top of the screen.
You can store several different addresses here, so you can choose to have your order sent to a work address, or another member of your family. You can come here at any time to add a new address or edit an existing one, or do it while booking a delivery slot.
Forget something? With online shopping, there’s no mad dash back to the aisles while everyone waits.
You can add new items to an order until 10pm the day before your delivery. You’ll need to checkout again if you make any changes.
